Public Notice for property on Auction

Sealed offers are invited by the Trustees of “SHRIMATI MAHADEVI DHARMARTH PUBLIC TRUST” bearing P.T.R No. 3 block No.23 Roshana road Ext. scheme Main Raod, Shakti Nagar, Subzi Mandi Delhi-110007, for sale of immovable property described in the Schedule hereunder

written on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and Persons interested in purchasing the said property shall submit their offers withing 21 days from the publication of this Notice to the Trustees at their office at 114-D kamla nagar, delhi-110007 together with a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Trust payable at Delhii for 10% of the offer amount by way of earnest money security deposit.

The prospective purchasers may visit the property after taking the appointment and inspect the same at their cost.

Sealed offers shall be opened after 21 days from the date of publication at the above Trust office.

The Trustees reserves their right to accept and/or reject all or any of the offers without assigning any reasons thereof.
